Kakching, October 04 2014 : Sandam Premita who won the by-election to the Kakching Municipal council ward no.7, has taken oath as Councillor today at a ceremony held at the conference hall of Kakching Municipal council.

SDO Kakching, Th.Charanjit, who was acted as Returning Officer during the elections administered the oath of office and secrecy.
