Thoubal, February 02 2016: Sapam Maning Leikai residents have closed Sapam Tekcham road today demanding completion of road repairing works at the earliest.

According to the locals, the road which was already blacktopped was dugged up in the name of improving it.

However, the road development work was abandoned in- complete after laying shingles and earth mixture.

Demanding completion of the construction works, Sapam Maning Leikai locals have appealed the authorities concerned to come up with a way to control the dust coming from the road.
