Imphal, March 25 2015: The JNIMS authority has informed that minimum health care service will be available in the hospital for the time being due to shortage of water supply.

According to a statement issued by Additional MS of JNIMS, Prof H Lokhendro Singh, the Public Health Engineering Dept has stopped pipe water supply to JNIMS owing to water scarcity.

Private water tankers are also reportedly unable to supply required quantity of water to JNIMS hospital.

Normal health care services will be available as and when the department concerned resumes regular water supply to JNIMS hospital, the statement said while regretting the inconvenience caused to the general public.
