NSUC for close watch over TET cleared candidates

Naga Students' Union, Chandel (NSUC) has called upon the state government and its department concerned for a close watch while conducting recruitment of primary teachers from among those who have cleared Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) as far as Chandel district is concern.
In a statement, President of NSUC S Sankhil observed that while is the fundamental rights of every citizen to apply for such recruitment, there are TET cleared candidates in Chandel district who are already employed in other government departments.
The government and its related department should monitor this closely at the time of conducting recruitment in the interest of unemployed educated youths whose number is increasing manifold in Chandel district.
NSUC has also urged all TET cleared employed candidates in Chandel district to help in development of the district by maintaining an accommodative spirit.
