Imphal, December 01 2015: People for Human Rights and Climate Change (PHRCC) in collaboration with Environment Conservation Network, North East Dialogue Forum, Samaritan Resource Centre, Village Women Coordinating Committee, Applies Biotech Farmer Club, Peoples' Platform Secretariat will be organizing a mass rally cum public meeting on "Demanding the implementation of Manipur State Action Plan on Climate Change (MSAPCC)" tomorrow.

The rally will be held from Wangkhei Meihoubam Lampak at 11 am and will conclude at Lamyanba Sanglen, Imphal along with a public meeting, according to a press release issued by the publicity secretary of PHRCC.
