Imphal, November 12 2015: Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons (RCWDAP) will celebrate Ningol Chakkouba festival with differently abled persons at Tera Yengkhom Leirak tomorrow.

RCWDAP joint secretary Oinam Birkumar said that the centre is planning to celebrate the festival for the third time.

Saying that differently abled persons also have the right to celebrate the festival, he urged the differently abled persons of the State to attend the celebration.
