Imphal, July 05 2014 : In order to improve the Agro industries in the North East India region, a discussion was held today at Manipur Old Secretariat, Imphal today presided by Manipur Chief Secretary PC Lawmkunga and participated by Zohra Chatterji, Secretary of the Ministry of Textile, Government of India and also by various officials of the textile and agro industries.

They discussed to find means and ways for the increase in agro products by the North Eastern states.

It was also discussed on the use of technology for the improvement of agro products.
