Thoubal, October 02 2018: Thoubal College held a workshop on Nai Talim (Education for All) as a part of Gandhi Jayanti celebration at the college today.

Principal of the college O Chaoba Devi, HOD Chemistry Department Ch Lokhol, staffs and students attended the event.

Prof Dr S Lukhoi, Dr S Dhamen and S Iboyaima spoke at the event as resource persons on Nai Talim.

As a part of the event, students and teachers were shown demonstrations on the making of mats and bags with kouna.

The students were also taught the art of making pickles by experts.

Students including NCC cadets were of the college were awarded for their outstanding performances in the Swachhata Hi Seva campaign which started from September 15 .
