Imphal, February 02 2014: An organization named "Forward Regional Alliance of Youth (FORAY)" was launched at Hotel Classic, North AOC here on January 31 .

The launching function was attended by Padmashree Laishram Nabakishore as Chief Guest and ex-Director of Health Services Dr W Motilal as President, while MD of Shija Hospital and Research Instiute Dr Kh Palin attended as Guest of Honour.

Chairperson of BJP Industry Cell, NE Region Indira Oinam, Group Editor of Imphal Free Press Pradip Phanjoubam and Assistant Professor of Oriental College Dr TB Singh were also present as special invitees.
