Kakching, November 30 2021: The office of District Election Officer, Thoubal organised a Systematic Voters' Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) programme at Kshetri Leikai Rising Club (KRC), Thoubal Kshetri Leikai playground on Monday.

The awareness programme held on the closing day of 1st Division Football League Tournament 2021 organised by District Football Association (DFA) was attended by District Election Officer Thoubal/Deputy Commissioner Thoubal Ahanthem Subhash Singh and District Football Association Thoubal president Mutum Mani as presidium members.

T-shirts with 'Power of 18' printed on them were distributed to the first time voters while co-host of the programme NYK Thoubal district youth officer Michael Thangminlien Mate distributed sports materials to KRC.
