Imphal, July 31 2016: Legal Aid Clinic under Manipur State Legal Services Authority conducted a district level spot essay writing competition at Moirang col- lege on the topic 'Economic and social consequences of drug abuse and illicit traffick- ing', our correspondent reports.

Altogether, 60 students from different schools and colleges took part in today's competition.

CJM Bishnupur, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority Binny Ngangom, Moirang College Principal Dr K Anand Singh, Advocate K Rajen Singh and pro- gramme convenor Legal Aid Clinic Moirang Dr Th Gourabidhu Singh were the presidium members of the competition.
