Gorkha Basti community hall inaugurated

Imphal, December 30 2021: Khundrakpam MLA Th Lokeshwar on Thursday inaugurated Pangei Gorkha Basti Dufga Mandir multipurpose community hall under Khundrakpam assembly constituency.

The community hall has been constructed under the MLA Local Area Development Fund.

The programme was also attended by local leader Aran Gurung, Waiton Gram Pan-chayat pradhan P Surbala, Ward No 2 member K Ibecha and Ward No 1 member Susila Gurung.

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Th Lokeshwar expressed elation that the Nepali community has an unbreakable bond with the state.

While stating that he has been trying to address all issues faced by the Nepali community of Pangei Nepali Basti, the MLA assured to continue to work for protecting the identity and development of Nepali denizens of his AC .
