Imphal, February 22 2018: Senior most Judge of Manipur High Court, N Kotiswar Singh, has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the High Court with effect from tomorrow, consequent upon the retirement of Justice Abhilasha Kumari, Chief Justice, Manipur High Court.
