Assam rifles organises medical camp

Imphal, May 21 2015 : A free medical was organized by 6 Assam Rifles of 27 Sector AR under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) at Moirang village under the Assam Rifles Civic Action Programme.

According to statement issued PRO HQ IGAR (S), a total of 794 patients were treated and provided with required medicines during the camp.

The local people were made aware of the prevailing health problems and preventive aspects of infective, communicable and life style diseases.

The Assam Rifles Dental Officer from Churachandpur and a lady doctor also participated in the Camp and gave specialist opinion to the patients.

The local people appreciated the effort of the Assam Rifles for helping them and thanked the medical team for their kind efforts.
