Imphal, January 15 2019: MLA Thokchom Satyabrata has been appointed general secretary (Administration) of BJP Manipur Pradesh.

At a function held today at the office of BJP Manipur Pradesh, Th Satyabrata took over the charge of general secretary (Administration) from K Saratkumar.

Notably, K Saratkumar was recently appointed to the post of Vice Chairman, Manipur Food Industries Corporation.

Saratkumar said that he quit the post of BJP Manipur Pradesh general secretary (Administration) at the instruction of Prime Minister Narendra and other Central leaders to uphold the party's 'one man, one post' system.

Th Satyabrata pledged that he would work to strengthen BJP in the State and ensure the party wins both the Lok Sabha seats.
