Imphal, February 12 2016 : Meiphung Film Production, Ukhrul premiered its latest Tangkhul romantic thriller film "Kha Yurna Mataimei " at MPCU Shah auditorium, New Delhi today, our correspond- ent reports.

The film was made with the primary objective to revive the dying culture of Tangkhul community and to promote Tangkhul language.

Film director, Riyo Varam, in a press meet held at Phungreitang, Ukhrul today deliberated on the filming paradigm and the roles of actors while CEO of the production house, Ramnganing Ruivah, highlighted the main objective of Meiphung.
