Imphal, February 11 2016: Manipur State Kala Academi, Imphal is or- ganising the 44th All Manipur Shumang Leela Festival, 2015-16 from February 13 to March 7 at Th Iboyaima Shumang Leela Shanglen, a statement informed.

Chief Secretary O Nabakishore will be inaugurating the festival in the presence of K Radhakumar, Commissioner Art and Culture, Government of Manipur on Feb- ruary 13 .

Altogether, 28 Shumang Leela groups will take part in the festival.
