Imphal, August 06 2013: The Joint Student's Co-ordination Committee has fervently appealed to the authorities of all educational institutions in the State to observe Patriot's Day on August 13 in their respective institutions.

Addressing media persons in this regard at the office of DESAM here today, Longjam Umakanta, Convener of Joint Student's Co-ordination Committee, stated that the day should be taken as an important day for the State of Manipur in order to instill the sense of patriotism in the hearts and minds of the student community and also to revive the lost sense of work culture among the people of the State.
