Financial aid extended to ailing scribe

Imphal, November 30 2021: Social worker Laisom Santosh alias Boby extended financial assistance to IMPACT TV senior video journalist Nameirakpam Bishwarjit alias Taton, who is currently undergoing treatment at RIMS for an ailment.

On Monday, Boby went to RIMS and personally handed over the financial assistance to Taton.

Speaking to media persons after handing over the amount, Boby noted that the role played by scribes for the society is unforgettable as they are rendering selfless service despite getting meagre income and facing financial problems.

As a sincere citizen of the state, the financial assistance was provided to the suffering scribe, he said and also prayed for early recovery of Taton.
