Imphal, July 30 2018: All Club Organisation, Association and Meira Paibi Lup ACOAM - Lup, Kangleipak, United Peoples' Front (UPF), Imphal and Joint Non-Government Voluntary Organisation, Kakching have expressed their support to the 24 general strike of UCM, CCSK and AMUCO from midnight of July 31 .

The organisations, in line with UCM, CCSK and AMUCO, also denounced any plan to extend the Article 371 (A) of the Indian Constitution to Manipur.

The organisations appealed the general masses and student community to support the general strike called to protect the integrity of the State.
