Imphal, February 28 2016: A day long deliberation on Neighbourhood Youth Parliament was held at the counting hall of DC office, Thoubal yesterday with L Jailshyam Singh, director of Jana Sikshan Sansthan, Thoubal and K Lokendro Singh, DACYP member of NYK Thoubal as chief guest and president respectively.

Youth leaders from Thoubal block participated in the discussion and debated on various issues relating to the flagship programmes of the Government and the role to be played by the youth leaders.

It has also decided to organise village level youth parliament in their respective villages and report of the same will be submitted to NYK and relevant departments, according to a press release is- sued by district youth coordinator of NYK, Thoubal.
