Imphal, November 25 2011: Invoking relevant provisions under Motor Vehicles Act, a Traffic Mobile Court today collected Rs 15,140 as fine from various people including those who were driving vehicles without wearing helmets and necessary documents.

The mobile court was conducted jointly by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Transport Department and Traffic Police near Johnstone Higher Secondary School from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm today.

The mobile court also registered around 119 cases of traffic violations.
