Imphal, June 25 2016 : In order to maintain peace and prosperity, the Tulihal Battalion of Keithelmanbi Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) organised a joint security meet and in- teraction at Patsoi today.

The meet was attended by several members from different villages, society leaders, gram Pradhans, youth club presi- dents, ex-servicemen and Meira Paibis community.

The AR provided the platform to the villagers to discuss the security perspective of the area to allow the villagers to come up with their suggestions to improve synergy between security forces and the local populace, said a statement issued by the PRO of IGAR (S) .
