DESAM to organize painting and cycle rally

Imphal, May 21 2015 : Democratic Students' Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) will organize one day painting competing and cycle rally for the protection of environment.

According to a statement issued by the DESAM Publicity and Propaganda Secretary Premchand Tongbram, the painting competition will be held on May 31 at Selloi Langmai Ecological Park, Laphupokpi (Eco Park) in two categories, Class I to VIII and IX to XII under the theme "Protection of Wetland area in Manipur" .

The cycle rally will be held on June 5 in the World Environment Day.
