Imphal, November 18 2017: Dispite the hectic effort of the concerned MAHUD department and security measures, the Imphal Evening Night plaza remained close today.

From the evening onward, decorative lights were put on as a part of the beautification process for organising Imphal Ningh Plaza and security measures were also taken up apart from diverting the vehicles coming from North AOC to alternative roads.

Eevn till 7.30 pm, all the necessary perparations were made to hold the event but the stall owners of Imphal evening Night plaza failed to turn up due to which the concerned authgority, with not other option left, closed the event for today and put off the decorative lights for the event.

Normal traffic also resumed soon after.
