Imphal, May 15, 2013: The 5-day long Science Meet 2013 organised under the aegis of Manipur Science and Technology Council (MASTEC) concluded at Lamyanba Shanglen, Palace Compound here today with Works Minister Dr Kh Ratankumar as Chief Guest.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Dr Kh Ratankumar stated that organizing science meets enable student community to exchange knowledge and learn more from each other.

So, there is the need to organize such science meet more frequently.

The Minister further stated that with advancement in science and technology, it has become useful to human in many ways.

The students should be made aware of advancement in Science and Technology and get most out of it.Presided over by Th Surendranath, Director of MASTEC, the valedictory function was also attended by Dr H Birkumar, Principal Scientist, CSIR-NEIST branch Laboratory, Lamphel as Guest of Honour.
