SMSU celebrates Manipur 1-Day

Imphal, August 14 2021: Shillong Manipuri Students' Union (SMSU) celebrated 75th Manipur Independence Day and hoisted the flag of Manipur.

In a press release, SMSU lauded CM N Biren for giving assurance to restore and renovate the historic Shillong Manipur House and also urged him to keep up his promise and translate the same into action.

We should guard our own territory as no other communities will take the responsibility to uphold the legacy of this once independent kingdom, the release added.
