Imphal, July 13 2016: The 9thTh Navakumar memorial meritorious awards were distributed at multipurpose community hall, Heikakmapal Makha Leikai today.

Manipur Legislative Assembly Speaker Th Lokeshwar, Chief Secretary O Nabakishore and local elder Y Tompok graced the function organised by HYDC as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.

Leirongthel Pitra Youth Development Organisation also organised a meritorious prize distribution function at Pitra Lairembi Shanglen today.

1st MR CO Th Radheshyam attended the function as chief guest.
