Jiribam, July 05 2019: Under the supervision Ak Sadananda Singh ASP(ops) and with the help of woman police, a team led by Havildar Ashem Chinglen Meitei of Thoubal Dist Commando unit presently attached in Jiribam Dist CDO unit while conducting frisking and checking near Irawat crossing, Jiribam arrested one woman with 9,600 numbers of WY tablets stuffed in 48 packets containing 200 WY tablets each from her possesion today at around 11.30 am.

The woman has been identified as Kholneilhhing Chongloi (44) w/o Ngamkhojang Chongloi of Mongkot Chekpu, Litan in Ukrhul district.

The arrested woman and seized WY tablets were handed over to Jiribam PS for further necessary legal action.
