Imphal, December 28 2013 : In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Sub-Section (1) of Section 20 of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1974 (No 2 of 1974), the Governor of Manipur has appointed Sagolsem Indrajit Singh, SDC and HL Christian Home, SDC, Office of Deputy Commissioner, Ukhrul district as Executive Magistrate having jurisdiction over the whole of Ukhrul district and jurisdiction within Ukhrul Sub-Division respectively with immediate effect and until further notice, according to notice issued by VS Ramting, Under Secretary (Home), Government of Manipur.
