Imphal, September 28 2012: The Global Liangmai Forum (GLF) has congratulated Meidinbui Dichongta, son of Dinkambui Tharon village (Tamenglong district) and Renee Newmai daughter of N.K Nsying of Tapon village (Senapati district) who had cleared in the civil service examination conducted by Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC) .

"You are the pioneers amongst the Liangmai community of Manpur in this examination and we are very proud of you.

We wish you best of luck and success in your service career too," said the Forum issued by its coordinator Albert Chawang.
