Imphal, February 28 2016: Thangmeiband Improvement Club (TIC) has expressed strong resentment against the blocking of road between Khongnang Karak and Thangmeiband Watham Leirak due to the ongoing Assembly session as it is causing hardships to school going children and people who needs immediate medical attention.

They suggested that road should be blocked only when the VIP comes to the Assembly and not when the Assembly is in session, according to a press release issued by the secretary of TIC.
