Imphal, June 24 2016 : The JAC constituted against the murder of Md Raja Khan of Mayang Imphal Bengoon has decided to continue its State-wide bandh indefinitely.

The decision was taken as the police had refused to arrest Raja's killer, said JAC convenor Md Ajijur Rahaman.

Mayang Imphal Bengoon locals started blocking roads from 6 this morning in protest against the incident.

It is said that Raja Khan went out from his house on June 19 after he received a phone call from one Sanasam Noren.

The deceased was working at the farm of Noren.

Raja's body was recovered around 20 metres away from Noren's farm located at Mayang Imphal Konchak Yangbi Khongmanung on June 20 .
