Imphal, November 22 2011:
Endorsing the 'unchanging standpoints of Kuki Inpi', Kuki Movement for Human Rights has submitted a memorandum to the Union Home Minister.
The memorandum demanded the Union Home Minister to first settle the criminal acts committed by NSCN (IM) in murdering over 900 innocent Indian Kukis, uprooting 360 Indian Kuki villages and rendering 1,00,000 Indian Kuki refugees before any agreement made between government of India and the Naga rebel group.
The memorandum also recalled how the United Naga Council (UNC) served quit notice to the Kukis on October 22, 1992 and what it led to.
