Imphal, November 22 2010:
Scribes resumed duty today after two days of ceasing work even though the threats on them from the Kesho faction of the KCP (MTF) still persists.
Due to scribes cease work strike in protest against threats from the group, media houses in Imphal remained closed till yesterday.
As such no newspaper hit the state for the last two days.
A meeting of the editors of various local dailies resolved to resume publication of newspapers from tomorrow with scribes resuming duty from today.
