Kangpokpi, February 22 2017: The first randomisation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) for use in the ensuing 11th Manipur Legislative Assembly 2017 in respect of 46-Saikul (ST), 50-Kangpokpi (Gen) and 51-Saitu (ST) ACs was held today at the Strong Room of Deputy Commissioner's office, Kangpokpi in the presence of General Observer for the three ACs.

Contesting candidates and their agents, and representatives of registered National/State parties within Kangpokpi district attended the randomisation of EVMs today.

The second round of EVM randomization for the three ACs of Kangpokpi district will be held on February 25 at 9 am at the Strong Room No G-10 of DC's office, Kangpokpi.
