Imphal, October 16 2015 : Manipuri Students' Federation (MSF) has announced ban on all forms of gambling activities including fairs and housie indefinitely.

In a statement, the student's body said that at a time when MSF has been carrying on its academic campaign known as 'Eikhoi Lairik Ningthina Tamsi' with an aim to bring quality education in the State, some people are trying to attract the youth and students to gambling fairs with the sole objective to earn personal money.

As such, MSF would not excuse anybody who indulge in gambling activities and organise gambling fairs.
