Service extension for DGP urged

Imphal, November 14 2013:
Reposing confidence in the incumbent DGP of Manipur, whose service tenure ends this month, former Manipur Minister, Kh Jibon Singh has urged the Prime Minister to extend the service of the present DGP, MK Das, at least for one year.
Kh Jibon submitted a memorandum to the PM urging service extension for DGP MK Das given his wide popularity among the people for streamlining police dept during a short span of two months of his service as DGP.
He also highlighted several achievements of MK Das during the short period.
