Bishnupur, September 12 2019: The District administration Bishnupur in collaboration with ICDS Project, Bishnupur organized Poshan Mela at Kiyamba Sanglen, Bishnupur today as a part of the long month celebration of Rashtriya Poshan Maah or National Nutrition Month 2019 .

Addressing the gathering as the chief guest, Neeta Arambam, DC of the district stressed on the need to make people aware of the importance of nutrition and giving supplement nutrition to children and pregnant women or lactating mothers.

She also urged all the stakeholders concerned of the district to join the fight against malnutrition so that it achieves commendable results.
