Imphal, July 01 2022: Tengnoupal Battalion of IGAR (South) recovered 228 gram of WIY tablets worth Rs 10 lakh at Khudengthabi check post in Tengnoupal district on Thursday.

In a release, PRO IGAR (S) informed that during routine checking at the Post one package containing the WIY tablets was found concealed inside a bag transported in the vehicle.

The recovered narcotics along with drug peddler have been handed over to Moreh Police Station for further investigation, the PRO said.
