Intl seminar on India's Act East Policy opened

Ccpur, October 30 2018: Two day International Seminar on India's Act East Policy with reference to Manipur was opened at Rayburn College, New Lamka, here, today.

The event was organized by Rayburn College in collaboration with Indira Gandhi National Tribal University Regional Campus, Manipur under the sponsorship of ICSSR, NER, Shillong and New Delhi.

The event was graced by Thangso Baite (MP, Outer Manipur), RK Shivachandra (Convenor, Act East Policy Committee, Manipur) and Dr Khen P Tombing (Principal Rayburn College) as chief guest, guest of honour and President respectively.

Scholars, academicians and entrepreneurs from South East Asian countries and Manipur attended the event.
