Imphal, July 30 2018: Kabui Mothers' Association (KAMA) Manipur has condoled the demise of its president Kakomlunglu Kamei today.

Kakomlunglu Kamei died today and her cremation ritual will be held tomorrow (July 31) at her residence at Kakhulong, Paona Bazar, Imphal at 12 pm.

She was a pioneer in installing the statue of freedom fighter Haiphei Rani Gaidinliu near new Secretariat building Imphal.

It is a great lost for the State and Kabui community in particular.

The vacuum she has created could never be filled, said a statement of general secretary KAMA Imphal Ranjita Golmei.
