Imphal, March 27 2019: In connection with the celebration of the annual Ougri 2019 of National Institute of Technology Manipur, a blood donation camp was held at NIT Manipur's campus in Lamphelpat today.

The blood donation camp was organised by Lions Club of Manipur with assistance from Shija Hospitals & Research Institute.

Altogether 150 students of NIT Manipur took part in the camp.

NIT Manipur Registrar Dr Ksh Manglem, Lions Club of Imphal City president Kh Mohendra Pratap and region chairperson of the club Th Kesho attended the camp.

It may be mentioned that necessary preparations are being mad to organise Ougri 2019 from March 28 till 31 .

The event was first initiated in 2013 .
