Imphal, November 25 2016: The 28 Sector AR under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) has distributed solar lamps to the villagers of Tuijang, Hollengjang, Aibol, Joupi, Nakong, Hencham, Joupi, Saibol and Chengpoi of Chandel district.

A statement of PRO, HQ IGAR (South) informed that the solar lamps were sponsored by Eco Solutions and distributed on November 16 last.

In another goodwill gesture of AR, 18 AR of 26 Sector under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) celebrated Children's Day at Orphanage Home, Chandel and Orientation Academy School, Chandel on November 14 .

Inaugurated with the National anthem, the function concluded with various cultural events, it said.

The initiatives taken up by AR were highly appreciated by the villagers.
