Imphal, May 24 2012: Troops of 42 AR of 26 Sector under HQ IGAR (South) in an operation in general area Bongyang apprehended one drug peddler from a Maruti Van(ML-01K-8577) moving from Imphal to Moreh today.

The drugs peddler was identified as Jamkhogin Touthang (23) of Moreh Ward No 1.2.8 kgs of Opium was recovered from the individual.

He alongwith the recovered items has been handed over to Narcotic control Bureau, Imphal, stated a press release of PRO IGAR (S) .
