Imphal, February 22 2018: A one-day block level awareness programme on RTE Act 2009, JJ Act 2015 and POCSO Act 2012 was organised by National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) at Royal Academy Advanced Learning, Top Siphai, Wangoi today.

Sumatibala Ningthoujam, Chairperson of Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights; Y Jamuna Devi, Chairperson of Thongkhong Lakshmi Municipal Council; L Nonibala Devi, Chairperson of Samurou Municipal Council; Th Manglemba, headmaster of Yumnam Huidrom High School; W Basulal, SDPO Mayang Imphal and Ibocha, former president of Royal Academy Advanced Learning seated on the dais.
