Imphal, July 17 2015 : Manipur State Shumang Lila Council and Theatre mirror has shown its solidarity towards the deceased student Sapam Robinhood who was killed in a police action while demanding for a proper inner line permit system to safeguard the indigenous people of the State.

A two minute silent observation was also held at Iboyaima Shumang Lila Shanglen on Friday.

The artists claimed that Robinhood died for a great cause and he would be remembered fondly.

The sacrifice made by a class eleven student in demanding a proper law to safeguard the indigenous people of Manipur is a source of inspiration for the artists, said the artists present in the solidarity function.
