Imphal, September 10 2014: 24 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector AR under the aegis of Hqs IGAR (S) interacted with the members of Women Development Society at Khudengthabi village today.

The President of the women's body, Renu Haokip informed the AR officers that with imposition of fine by them, rate of indulgence into intoxicants is reducing to a great extent.

She also sought help from Assam Rifles in this regard.

Later, Assam Rifles handed over rice and other items to LP School, Khudengthabi, said a press release issued by PRO Hqs IGAR (S) .
