One arrested with Rs 5 lakh worth WY tablets

Imphal, May 09 2018: A team of NAB, Manipur has arrested one person namely Jemson Chongboi (44) s/o Jamthong Chongloi of Tuidam village, PS Molcham, Chandel District for illegal possession of 10,000 nos of WY tablets yesterday from south side of the Pallel bridge.

The estimated value of the seized drug is estimated to be about Rs 5,00,000 in local market, said police.

A case has been registered at the NAB Police Station and further investigation is underway, said officials.
