BSNL's UG cables stolen

Imphal, June 06, 2014: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Impghal has informed that the land line telephone service in Brahmapur Aribam Leikai, Mange Makhong and Khongman area will be remained non-functional due to stealing of 200 pairs UG cable about 60 X 2 meters fitted near Loklaobung Bridge by unknown persons on the night of June 4.It also informed that it will take at least 20-30 days to replace the cable and restore the telephone line service.
